Market Prepreparation: First things first - Debi and Michelle will walk through your home and analyze the home for its strengths and shortcomings. They will also review the home and Debi and Michelle will conduct a pre-listing walk through with you to determine what the strengths and shortcomings of the house. They will make suggestions for market readiness, such as cleaning, clutter control, and repairs.

A professional staging company may be consulted for assistance in preparing the home for sale.  A one hour consultation is provided to the Seller as part of our services.  The stager will make suggestions for furniture placement, colors and accessories as needed.

Once the property is market ready, Debi and Michelle will begin the marketing process:
